Lovely Savannah had her cake smash session by Nepean River. This little explorer was up on her feet and walking all about during her session! Having a pink and white colour scheme, this setting was very pretty – Savannah’s vintage dress worked perfectly with it. Though she didn’t really stay still, she was wondering around cake in hand quite happily.

This little man is so cute! I met Diego when he was just days old for his newborn session, so it was lovely to catch up with him on his first birthday. We used the lovely surroundings at Werrington Lake for this session. This location is a hidden gem and it so lush and woodsy. Diego had a home made cake and a setting of blue, green and white. He may not have really grasped the idea of cake smashing, but we got some pretty darn cute photos nevertheless!

Zara had a picnic styled using shades of lavender. We did her cake smash session at Callan Park in Lilyfield. With gorgeous bunting, balloons and the most amazing giant cupcake that you’ll ever see, this setting was fit for a gorgeous little princess. Now, in my experience with cake smashes, many babies don’t really embrace the concept of smashing the cake and most don’t like to get their hands dirty. Zara was an exception. She smashed that cake into pieces and by the end she was wearing slippers of frosting. She had such a great time and I loved shooting it.

I have photographed Elli and John’s engagement session, wedding and now a special session to announce to the world that they are expecting a baby! It really is such a fulfilling feeling to have returning clients who you can watch as they travel throughout stages of life. I know that I will be sharing images of this couple once Elli has a big belly and once their baby enters the world. My job is very rewarding in this way and I just love that I can document all these precious times.

Monique and Graham had their session alongside the Nepean River in Penrith. With trees, shrubbery and fences, this spot is quite pretty. This was such a fun and relaxed shoot. Monique and Graham were so very much ready to welcome their first baby into the world and again, I am so blessed to be able to meet this little one once he/she is ready for the world.

Alicia and Jose had their maternity session along the water walk near Callan Park in Lilyfield. Wearing a long, flowy dress and a flower garland, Alicia was absolutely stunning! I am lucky enough to be photographing their little girl once she arrives. There is something so special in capturing expecting parents and then meeting up with them once their new addition has arrived.

It was very important to Yani and Matt to include their dogs in their engagement session – after all, they are their fur babies. With the inclusion of pets, we used the dog park in Lawson, in the lovely Blue Mountains. These grounds were once belonging to a golf course. Now abandoned, they make the perfect place to take your dogs for some fresh air and to soak up the lovely mountains scenery. Yani and Matt are a fun and quirky couple and I just know that their wedding will not disappoint!

Jess was one very organised girl for her engagement session! With two changes of outfits, balloons and confetti, we had a lot of colour to infuse into this session. What better spot for this shoot than Wendy’s Garden in Lavender Bay and Luna Park?! We split this session over time in the gorgeous garden, along the water and inside the playful carnival of Luna Park. Fairy floss was a must have! This is such a fun and bright engagement session which worked so well with Jess and Alan’s playfulness. This is very much a celebration of love.

This adorable couple had their engagement session at North Head looking out over the spectacular Manly Beach and the city views. This spot carries significance as it’s where Micah proposed to Chloe. It is always a great touch to choose a location that means something to you as a couple. We had a great session and captured some very beautiful images.

Imogen and Jake chose Flat Rock in the lovely Blue Mountains for the location for their engagement session. If you haven’t been here before, it is literally a flat rock and an unobstructed cliff edge – Scary for those afraid of heights!!! This is a very popular location for wedding photography and the view is breathtaking! A lemon, vintage dress and bare feet set the mood of this raw and earthy session. Keep an eye out for their wedding which will hit the blog within the next month.
