Have some questions you’d like to ask? Here’s a list to help answer them for you. 

How do we book?

First of all, get in touch with us so that we can confirm that your date is available and we can lock in a time to meet up and have a chat. If you want to secure your date, we require a 30% deposit and that you accept the terms of our contract. We send you all of this when you give us the go ahead. 

When is the final payment due?

The final payment is due 28 days prior to your wedding date. 

Can I pay by instalments?

Absolutely! We ask if you can please let us know if you make any voluntary payments so that we can keep everything up to date.

Can I customise a collection?

Why not? Let us know what your requirements are, and we’ll customise something to suit you.

How much extra for an additional hour?

Once overtime, it costs $150 per hour for two photographers. 

Are there travel fees?

Travel fees apply for weddings exceeding an hour travel  from Penrith (one way) and for weddings that are within the Sydney Metro Area. 

Are you available to travel interstate or internationally? 

Hell yes! Please let us know where you are & we’ll quote our travel costs. 

Can I have the raw/unedited images?

We are artists and perfectionists – We only supply you with finished/edited images.

How long after my wedding will my images be ready?

Your images will be ready in 6-8 weeks from your wedding date and a little longer in our peak seasons. The lead time is usually 8-10 weeks in peak seasons.

How long until I see a sneak peek image after my wedding? 

You will receive a sneak peek preview within the week following your wedding.

Do you include black and white images?

Yes. All images are supplied in colour and then about 10% of them are supplied with a black and white duplicate.

How long does it take to design and order an album?

Once you have made your image choices and sent them to us, we will advise the lead time required to design the album. Once designed, we will present you with a design to proof and once it’s given the OK, it takes up to 4 weeks to manufacture.

What happens if you are sick on the day?

We have grown our team and built strong relationships with other like-minded photographers over the years. Should I (the principal photographer) be physically unable to shoot your wedding, we have a selection of highly competent photographers to fill my place.   

How far in advance can I book my wedding? 

We take weddings as far as 18 months in advance. If your wedding is further away than that, please contact us once you are within this time frame. Our collections, products and prices may vary after this length of time.

How do we work out the photography timing for the day?

About a month before the wedding we will contact you and send you an online form to fill out. Once you submit this to us, we will give you a call and work out a thorough timeline of the day that will make the most of your photography.
