It was such a blessing to photograph Elli and John on their wedding day. It was a rainy day, but we were so blessed that we had a short, rain free window to get out into the grounds at Gledswood Homestead and Winery for some stunning photographs.
It is a pretty normal reaction to be a little disheartened by rain on your wedding day – And I can speak from personal experience! But other than that they say that rain is good luck, the soft light and lush colours are really beautiful to photograph!
This wedding had a vintage, country theme. I LOVED Elli’s boat neck lace dress! From the charming venue, a horse and carriage, a beautiful mix of romantic florals, vintage crystal and jars, mis-matched old chairs, lace, type writers and a few props – Elli and John had a beautifully styled and personality infused wedding. The best kind!
I have to take my hat off to the lovely Jess of a mothers niche for her amazing flower arrangements and styling! Elli was blessed to have such a fabulous stylist help her to achieve her dreams.
